So, I was using MailWizz a couple of years back, and I had been at it for quite a while. I was working with dedicated IPs, but I kept burning through them without understanding why. It turned out that the domain tracking wasn’t functioning as it should. It was using both the tracking domain I thought I was using and the main domain where the app was set up. You can also choose between Fast or Loop for your SMTP Sequence (Loop is great for warming up your IPs by sending one email to each IP). Then, set your schedule and adjust the campaign speed based on your list size. There’s a lot to explore, so definitely check it out.

You will need what’s called "sending" nodes, or SMTP servers in tech lingo, so plan wisely. With the right knowledge and a bit of patience, you can achieve amazing results. Even if you’re just starting out, you’ll still be able to send emails! I’m not saying it’s tough to get started, but if you’re aiming for the big leagues, it takes some work.

This software is perfect for bulk email tasks. I’ve connected with a few users of Mumara, and they all have different sized systems that meet their needs just fine. Whether you want to send a small, medium, or massive number of emails, it all boils down to your system and the effort you’re willing to put in.

I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the founder of Mumara. He’s a brilliant individual, and I truly respect the dedication, time, and intellect he’s poured into developing this software. There’s really nothing else out there quite like it. I did my homework and checked out other options similar to Mumara, but they all fell short. None could match the range of features and smart resource management that Mumara offers. It’s just fantastic!
